Role: Paid Media Lead
Location: Manchester, 4 days a week in the office, 1 at home

The Company:
Caroo has partnered with one of the UK’s largest and growing companies who are looking to expand their marketing team with two additional Paid media leads.
They have a global team with over 6,000 employees, they have an extensive portfolio of brands and products that they offer their customers.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Lead who’s looking to progress in their career and take ownership of the process, ensuring briefs to paid media are both integrated in terms of planning and execution, whilst also hitting company targets.
The Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive team to ensure that a meaningful and relevant strategic plan exists.
- Track the organisation’s performance against the strategic plan.
- Ensure that an effective, resource-efficient planning process is used.
- Support the organisation in business unit/team strategy development.
- Take insight and develop business proposals to support the execution of the strategy.
- Proactively lead SLAs for development and implementation across new business and existing clients.
- Continuously evolve the Paid Media ecosystem/infrastructure including Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
- Strategy – Demonstrate advanced understanding of Paid Social platforms and deliver Paid Social strategies to align with overall business goals and KPIs. Create and execute testing plans for creative, targeting and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Campaign Management and Optimisation – Showcase the ability to manage, optimise and troubleshoot Paid Social campaigns across various platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest.
- Data Analytics – Be able to analyse campaign performance data to provide insights and make recommendations for further optimisation and improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication—Build and collaborate with the wider Paid Social team across the business to ensure Paid Social strategy. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Platform Management—Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure that Paid Social strategies are innovative effective, and start ahead of the competition.
- Leadership – Deliver and monitor spend diversification between platforms achieving the ideal investment % for the greatest return. Testing and learning new platforms.
- Automation- Lead Paid Social Automation and AI workstreams to greater enhance our efficiency.
